Description

Own a portfolio of retainer clients as the primary strategic contact.
Lead roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across assigned accounts.
Translate client goals into clear briefs for design, development, and content teams.
Proactively identify and drive account expansion opportunities, including Webflow Optimise and Analyse products.
Manage retainer budgets month by month and scope work accurately.
Detect scope and budget risks early and address them before they escalate.
Run regular governance calls and produce useful client reporting.
Contribute to improving Client Success processes for scoping, briefing, and delivery tracking.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, especially SEO/AEO and web performance, to inform client conversations.

Requirements

5+ years in a digital or creative agency.
At least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role.
Proven experience managing retainer accounts and growing client relationships over time.
Commercial awareness with the ability to spot upsell and expansion opportunities.
Strong understanding of web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy.
Experience with tools such as Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms.
Webflow experience is a significant advantage.
Comfortable working across time zones, including New Zealand, Australia, North America, the UK, and EU.
Full professional English proficiency is required, and the resume must be submitted in English.
