Description

  • Source, meet with, and recruit new sites and logos to join the N-Power Network.
  • Collaborate with Network Operations and Medical Affairs to refine and communicate the value proposition of the N-Power Platform to prospective sites.
  • Support smooth onboarding of new network logos through full implementation of the platform.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that connect the company with prospective customers in the community cancer center ecosystem.
  • Assess the needs of health systems related to accreditation, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges where N-Power can help.
  • Work with the CMO, Clinical Science physicians, and leaders across Clinical Operations, VPP services, DHS services, Medical Affairs, and Network Operations to support recruiting opportunities.
  • Assist in vetting and recruiting selected positions within the Network Service organization.
  • Work with the pharma-facing commercial team and company leadership to forecast future network growth targets.
  • Contribute to the development of enabling technologies and services that increase the network’s value to prospective practices.
  • Represent N-Power Medicine externally at conferences and other industry events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience in healthcare, including community oncology network-facing activities.
  • 3+ years of sales team management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of opening new markets and building a larger sales funnel across multiple health system archetypes or sales channels.
  • Experience working with highly integrated teams.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging healthcare leaders and physicians.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; the company will not sponsor work visas.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
