Description

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and engineering team to refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop backend services using C# and .NET Core in an Azure microservices environment.
  • Optimize application performance to improve product response times.
  • Assist with data structuring and develop solutions for complex technical requirements.
  • Follow and improve coding standards and engineering practices with technical leads.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and code workshops.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
  • Participate in team presentations and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
  • Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience with performance optimization.
  • Experience with Azure-native technologies, such as App Services and Functions.
  • Experience writing integration and unit tests to support regular production releases.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
  • Experience working in Scrum and Agile development environments.
  • Exposure to microservices and micro-frontends.
  • Experience using AI tools in software development.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding multidisciplinary engineers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with a production SaaS platform (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Git, branching strategies, versioning, and dependency management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and automated continuous delivery environments (preferred).
  • Experience with React, containers, or Kubernetes (preferred).
