Description

  • Lead architecture visioning and strategic initiatives across enterprise client portfolios.
  • Develop solution-delivery frameworks, methodologies, and reusable consulting assets.
  • Build and mentor architecture and engineering teams across accounts.
  • Advise C-level executives and technology leaders on digital strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Govern architecture implementation for maintainability, best practices, and long-term value.
  • Lead discovery, assessments, technical workshops, and architecture audits.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
  • Own technical proposals for pre-sales and upsales, including design, risks, and cost estimates.
  • Lead project execution and ensure solutions are delivered according to the intended architecture.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and serve as Chief Architect on complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • 3+ years in an architecture leadership or principal-level role in IT services or consulting.
  • Experience leading complex consulting engagements for global enterprise clients.
  • Experience building large-scale distributed systems from scratch, preferably with teams of 30+ over 12+ months.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams in a matrixed or consulting environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills with both engineers and executives.
  • Fluency in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English; architecture or cloud certifications and expertise in data, security, or enterprise integration are preferred.
