Description

  • Provide high-level creative direction to support franchise vision and the integrity of Mythwright’s IP.
  • Evaluate game builds and deliver structured, ongoing feedback to development partners.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and creative output across projects.
  • Assess milestone feasibility and delivery expectations with leadership and partner studios.
  • Maintain awareness of audience expectations and community sentiment for each title.
  • Establish and maintain shared design pillars across multiple projects.
  • Advise teams on genre expectations, audience needs, and market positioning.
  • Support teams through creative and production challenges, including feature planning and co-development discussions.
  • Maintain constructive communication with external development partners and provide clear, candid feedback.
  • Assist production with work prioritization, progress evaluation, planning, and project scoping.

Requirements

  • Senior or lead design experience across multiple shipped titles.
  • Solid experience in IP-critical design areas, especially level design and UI/UX.
  • Experience working with external studios or co-development teams.
  • Strong systems design and holistic game design expertise.
  • Proven ability to work hands-on in-engine as needed.
  • Familiarity with publishing or multi-project development environments.
  • Optimism, curiosity, and professional humility.
