Description

  • Lead the end-to-end RFx response process from intake and qualification through submission and post-decision analysis.
  • Manage opportunity intake and evaluation, including Go/No-Go decisions with account and leadership stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams, including SMEs, sales, partners, subcontractors, and OEM/vendor stakeholders.
  • Develop proposal plans, timelines, deliverables, and task ownership to ensure timely submissions.
  • Draft and structure compliant, compelling proposal responses tailored to client requirements.
  • Review, edit, and refine content from multiple contributors for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Facilitate proposal strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage client interactions related to the RFx process, including questions, addenda, and procurement portals.
  • Ensure submission compliance with formatting, documentation, certifications, and approval workflows.
  • Partner with pricing, finance, and delivery teams to incorporate cost models, resource plans, and solution components.
  • Support shortlisted opportunities with follow-up responses, clarifications, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct win/loss analyses and post-mortem reviews to improve future proposal strategies.
  • Maintain and improve proposal content libraries, templates, and processes.
  • Track and report on proposal pipeline activity, outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Support governance, compliance, and contract-related activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in RFP/RFI response coordination, proposal management, sales support, or a related role.
  • Ability to write clear, compelling, and error-free proposal responses that simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executives and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to lead interviews, brainstorming sessions, and working discussions to define differentiators and value propositions.
  • Experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to ensure proposal content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with RFP requirements.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills for grammar, consistency, formatting, terminology, and overall quality.
  • High attention to detail across large, complex documents and multiple revisions.
  • Experience using proposal management and productivity tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems used in proposal development.
  • Must be based in the United States.
