Description

  • Industrialize, deploy, and scale machine learning models in production environments.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end training, inference, and retraining pipelines.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable ML workflow releases.
  • Implement model tracking, versioning, registries, governance, and lifecycle traceability with MLflow.
  • Develop and expose scalable, high-performance model-serving APIs.
  • Orchestrate workflows and jobs on Databricks.
  • Containerize ML applications with Docker and support Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Implement model monitoring and observability practices.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Promote MLOps best practices and modern ML architecture across the team.

Requirements

  • Advanced Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience with Spark or PySpark.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
  • Experience with MLflow for tracking, registry, and deployment.
  • Experience with Docker and working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models to production at scale.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps and machine learning architecture principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks Workflows, Jobs, and Repos (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes in production environments (preferred).
