Description

  • Collaborate with the team to define goals and deliver custom data solutions.
  • Design and implement ETL processes, optimize queries, and automate data pipelines.
  • Own projects end to end, including building, maintaining, and improving data systems for clients.
  • Develop internal tools and assist with technology migrations and model design.
  • Build scalable, high-performance data architectures.
  • Improve infrastructure and processes by experimenting with new tools and approaches.
  • Review, document, test, and integrate code with CI/CD practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in data engineering, including building and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python, including Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.
  • Experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker.
  • Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and automation.
  • Experience with stream processing tools such as Kafka Streams, Kinesis, or Spark (nice to have).
  • Strong command of English for understanding and communicating technical concepts, including design documents (nice to have).
