Description

  • Take ownership of new connector requests from initial requirement through production enablement.
  • Lead homologation and approval processes with Security and other internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove technical and administrative bottlenecks that slow adoption.
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams to move use cases forward effectively.
  • Ensure approved connectors are fully operational and usable in real scenarios.
  • Provide technical clarity on integrations and connector architecture.
  • Drive adoption of low-code solutions across teams.
  • Lay the groundwork for future advanced automation initiatives and code-first approaches.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation as an AI Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar profile.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication flows, and connector architecture.
  • Ability to quickly understand, use, and explain low-code or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or n8n is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in highly regulated corporate environments is a strong plus.
  • Ability to navigate internal bureaucracy and coordinate with Security and Compliance teams to drive approvals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to follow up and drive progress.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
