Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from daily champions to executive sponsors.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to align on outcomes, demonstrate ROI, and support renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tied to customer goals, stakeholders, adoption milestones, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and engage executive buyers to support strategic discussions and business outcome alignment.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to address customer needs and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and value realization to improve retention and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and mitigate risks to prevent churn or contraction.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Contribute to scalable processes, playbooks, and customer lifecycle frameworks, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven success managing a book of business and delivering retention and growth targets.
  • Strong ability to listen, diagnose problems, and solve customer issues.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to engage tactical and strategic audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude for a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in HRTech, EdTech, or simulation/AI learning solutions is a plus.
  • Experience building Customer Success or Account Management practices in a growth-stage SaaS company is a plus.
