Description

  • Lead a portfolio of Financial Services customers across Canada as the primary customer-facing advocate.
  • Develop and drive mutual success plans, engagement strategies, and frameworks for measurable customer impact.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with C-suite stakeholders and shape multi-year value roadmaps.
  • Conduct regular Customer Value Reviews to align customer business goals with long-term value delivery.
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives across customer verticals to drive solution adoption and solve systemic business challenges.
  • Design and oversee complex, multi-layered programs with strong risk management and high-impact execution.
  • Define and implement operational standards that improve team efficiency and quality of output.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on business spend management transformation.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment through feedback, mentorship, and shared leadership development.
  • Guide senior executives through complex decision-making using strong business acumen.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including customer success, professional services, or management consulting.
  • Experience in a customer/client-facing Source-to-Pay or Spend Management role.
  • Experience as a practitioner using S2P systems in upstream or downstream capacities.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry, particularly banking.
  • Deep experience in SaaS or technology services with focus on customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ownership, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage financial and business KPIs.
  • Strategic, customer-first mindset with strong operational acumen.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Role is based in Canada, with preference for Eastern Canada.

Benefits

  • Estimated base pay of $150,000 - $170,000.
  • Eligibility for commission with an estimated 80/20 pay mix.
