Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and own day-to-day client relationships.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly strategy calls with clients and lead structured conversations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, messaging, and updates.
  • Analyze performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and client outcomes.
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and relationship growth across assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent churn and protect client relationships.
  • Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate.
  • Deliver customized performance reports and clearly explain campaign metrics and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Strategy, or digital marketing agency roles.
  • Hands-on digital marketing and client management experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Experience managing client relationships in an agency environment.
  • Ability to analyze marketing results and communicate strategy clearly.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead client calls and hold structure.
  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel for CRM and client communication is preferred.
  • Experience with Slack and ClickUp is preferred.
