Description

  • Develop realistic simulation concepts, storylines, characters, interaction dynamics, and scenario structures for workplace contexts.
  • Research and synthesize information about target audiences, industries, roles, contexts, interpersonal dynamics, and performance challenges.
  • Create participant-, client-, and internal-facing simulation materials that support clear preparation and accurate delivery.
  • Draft scoring criteria and assessment guidance for performance evaluation and customer insights.
  • Lead design consultations with clients and subject matter experts to define specifications and validate authenticity.
  • Iterate on simulation designs using AI tools throughout the production process.
  • Train and support Simulation Specialists and Coaches on simulation design, character dynamics, and delivery expectations.
  • Use feedback, performance data, testing observations, and stakeholder input to update and improve simulations.
  • Work with the simulation design team and cross-functional partners to ensure simulations meet quality, authenticity, and impact standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, researching, or writing complex human-centered content, experiences, or scenarios.
  • Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills for translating complex context into clear, realistic simulation materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and complexity without needing a step-by-step blueprint.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presence with experience leading client and subject matter expert conversations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote, distributed, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Technical curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, or creative development.
  • Preferred background or coursework in psychology, behavioral science, anthropology, communication, organizational behavior, learning sciences, assessment, research methods, creative writing, or theater/improv.
