Description

  • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates’ proficiency in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and refine interview questions aligned with DevOps role requirements and standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback and analysis of candidate skills to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Stay current on the latest DevOps technologies and practices to keep interviewing techniques relevant and up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with extensive experience in DevOps environments.
  • Experience with automation, CI/CD, cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
  • Previous experience in technical interviewing, coaching, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
