Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and systems roles across software, cloud, DevOps, data, security, integration, and enterprise systems teams.
  • Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, and niche healthcare IT communities.
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical competencies, systems experience, and problem-solving skills using structured assessment methods.
  • Maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines aligned to business growth needs.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices, competency alignment, and selection decisions.
  • Represent AssistRx’s mission, culture, and technology vision in candidate interactions.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant candidate records in iCIMS and support AI-driven recruiting workflows.
  • Uphold HIPAA, data privacy, and regulated-industry hiring standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent technical recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting technical and systems roles in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated technology environments.
  • Experience hiring for cloud, data, integration, security, or enterprise systems roles.
  • Working knowledge of Boolean logic, sourcing automation tools, and AI-enhanced recruiting workflows.
  • Experience supporting ATS platforms, with iCIMS preferred.
  • Experience using analytics to inform recruiting decisions.
  • Comfort partnering directly with IT and Product hiring managers.
  • Experience recruiting in healthtech, pharmacy systems, or specialty medication platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with Azure, API/HL7/FHIR integrations, data engineering and analytics, security frameworks like SOC2 and HITRUST, and enterprise systems/workflow automation preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as AIRS or SHRM are a plus.
  • Ability to operate in high-volume environments with precision.
