Description

  • Manage and supervise company liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for short- and long-term obligations.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns while minimizing financial risk.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risk.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to align financial policies, procedures, and treasury processes.
  • Lead treasury process improvement and standardization initiatives across operating countries.
  • Coordinate and consolidate regional and global cash flows, maintaining visibility and follow-up with local teams.
  • Implement automated batch payment processes from ERP Odoo to banking platforms.
  • Manage integrations and approval workflows for automated payment release.
  • Coordinate automation and digitalization projects for global treasury operations.
  • Optimize operational processes to reduce manual work and operational risk.
  • Support global treasury and intercompany operations between countries.

Requirements

  • Experience managing operations in Mexico is mandatory.
  • Experience planning and supervising cash flow to ensure sufficient available funds.
  • Experience using liquidity management techniques and tools to optimize treasury.
  • Ability to develop and execute investment strategies that maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Experience analyzing and selecting investment opportunities and monitoring investment portfolios.
  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and mitigating financial risks such as exchange rates, interest rates, and credit risk.
  • Experience implementing policies and procedures to manage and reduce financial risks.
  • Experience preparing and presenting detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with treasury management software such as SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Reval, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis, including models, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for banking products and services.
