Description

  • Design modern analytics architectures optimized for performance and data quality.
  • Own the data architecture strategy across Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop and support semantic models and Power BI-based analytical solutions.
  • Implement dimensional data models for analytics use cases.
  • Work with Spark, SQL, Delta, and Parquet-based data processing patterns.
  • Apply data quality patterns and best practices across analytical pipelines.
  • Support CI/CD and automation for analytics and data platform delivery.
  • Collaborate on advanced Microsoft Fabric capabilities and real-time streaming scenarios.
  • Contribute to cost and capacity optimization practices through FinOps considerations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and semantic models.
  • Experience in dimensional modeling.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Spark.
  • Knowledge of Delta and Parquet formats and data quality patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD and automation.
  • Professional English level (C1).
  • Preferred experience optimizing Fabric capacities.
  • Preferred experience with Direct Lake, Import, and DirectQuery modes.
  • Preferred experience with advanced Power BI artifacts.
  • Preferred experience with streaming technologies such as Event Hubs, Stream Analytics, and Fabric Real-Time.
  • Preferred knowledge of FinOps for cost and capacity optimization.

Benefits

  • Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Payment in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Contractor / freelance arrangement.
  • Initial 3-month contract with possible renewal.
