Description

  • Design and execute advanced analyses on digital behavior, campaign performance, and conversion funnels to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams based on strategic business questions.
  • Build data storytelling narratives that translate analytical findings into business decisions for technical, managerial, and executive audiences.
  • Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models to evaluate the digital ecosystem's performance.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines in BigQuery using sources such as GA4, CRM, media platforms, and transactional databases.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries on large-scale datasets, including GA4 export tables.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on data modeling, quality, governance, and availability across GCP and AWS environments.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
  • Present findings to C-level stakeholders in simple, business-oriented language.
  • Support junior analysts and promote best practices in SQL, Python, and modeling.
  • Work with regional teams across multiple markets and consolidate learnings at a regional level.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and the responsible use of experimentation in decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in advanced analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles, preferably in digital, telecommunications, e-commerce, or media industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition through implementation and communication.
  • Experience in regional or multinational environments is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, including configuration, implementation, advanced analysis, and BigQuery export tables.
  • Advanced BigQuery and SQL skills, including window functions, partitioning, cost optimization, and integration with GA4 and transactional data.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift, or equivalents.
  • Strong Python skills for data manipulation, visualization, and modeling using pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods, model validation, performance metrics, and experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including paid media, SEO, CRM, CRO, attribution, conversion funnels, and customer journey.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Preferred experience with dbt, Airflow, experimentation platforms, CRO tools, behavior analytics, causal inference frameworks, or generative AI tools.
  • English level intermediate to advanced (B1/B2), with ability to lead meetings, presentations, and technical documentation in English.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Cloud, AWS, or equivalent are a plus.
