Description

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand and analyze their business challenges and ERP/CRM requirements.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling solution proposals and winning strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire sales cycle, including preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Translate client needs into customized ERP/CRM solution designs and deployment recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to position solutions effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients while working remotely.
  • Support successful sales engagements and contribute to closing deals through sales enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role focused on ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms, their functionalities, and deployment strategies.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales engagements and closing deals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs and providing technical sales support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Experience working remotely with self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
