Description

  • Own and drive the product strategy for search within Firefox Desktop to grow search engagement and revenue.
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation across browser search access points, default search experiences, and monetization surfaces.
  • Define success metrics with Data Science, analyze results, and turn insights into product decisions.
  • Partner with Business Development on search partnerships and align execution with contractual and strategic commitments.
  • Balance user experience, privacy principles, technical constraints, and revenue goals in product decisions.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning by identifying risks, opportunities, and long-term initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of revenue-impacting product areas.
  • Proven experience leading experimentation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, privacy considerations, and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
