Description

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for StockSparK in line with company and portfolio goals.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances customer value, commercial impact, and technical investment.
  • Become an expert in car dealer stock management workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to validate problems and solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
  • Write clear problem statements, PRDs, and user stories to guide delivery.
  • Prioritize the backlog using data, impact, and effort to maximize value delivery.
  • Work with Engineering and Design to ship iteratively and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Act as the single-threaded owner for StockSparK, aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
  • Enable GTM teams with positioning, messaging, demos, and enablement materials to sell and support StockSparK.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to ensure smooth integration with adjacent products and data flows.
  • Define success metrics for releases and use them to guide product iteration.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, including significant time in a SaaS or platform product role.
  • Experience in automotive, inventory/stock management, or channel manager products.
  • Startup experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success owning a B2B product end-to-end from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Strong experience with complex workflows, data-heavy products, or operational tooling.
  • Excellent problem discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and measure impact.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must have built a side project with AI and be able to share it in the application.
  • Experience with campaign management, marketing tech, or multi-channel distribution products is preferred.
  • Background working with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones is preferred.
