Description

  • Input and track daily vehicle scheduling, rotation, and planning for fleet operations.
  • Create maintenance work orders and document inspections and logging activities.
  • Use Fleetio, Jira, Slack, and G Suite tools to support fleet operations.
  • Review vehicle status, flag out-of-service units, and assign or escalate work orders.
  • Coordinate multi-site logistics for vehicle pickups and drop-offs for service and repair.
  • Support R&D and test operations through packing, shipping, and handling of hardware or special project equipment.
  • Manage inventory, including stockroom organization and supply orders.
  • Author, update, and maintain readiness, repair, and operations documentation and databases.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and internal service bulletins.
  • Document technical notes, flag real-time AV events, and support triage and resolution processes.
  • Respond to incidents through documentation, manual vehicle retrieval, and coordination with Legal, Safety, Calibration, and other teams.
  • Support in-vehicle camera monitoring systems through verification and troubleshooting.
  • Work with vendors to prepare purchase requisitions for parts, repairs, towing, and logistics.
  • Provide field support for AV recovery as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry or similar fleet logistics.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and learn tasks quickly.
  • Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safety.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Flexible and creative thinking.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical.

  • Base salary range of $64,000 to $76,114 USD.
