Description

  • Architect and develop new and existing monetisation products and features.
  • Work with the Head of Monetisation, data scientists, and engineers to implement experimentation and algorithmic pricing features across RAMPs, DeFi Trading, and Swaps.
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver and improve customer-facing features.
  • Contribute to project estimation, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Integrate with external service providers that power MoonPay’s services.
  • Maintain and improve the existing codebase.
  • Write fully tested, high-quality, performant code.
  • Develop, release, and maintain server applications in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive full-stack engineering experience at leading startups or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience with marketplace or platform businesses where algorithmic pricing and A/B testing were heavily used.
  • Experience working on pricing, promotions, rewards, and/or loyalty programs with backend and frontend technologies.
  • Experience building experimentation platforms and infrastructure for algorithmic pricing solutions.
  • Experience using continuous delivery for experimentation and pricing systems.
  • Deep understanding of database structures and system design.
  • Cloud-native experience with Google Cloud Platform or a similar provider such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with the MoonPay tech stack, or the ability to cross-train and up-skill quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience with React Native.
  • Bonus: Experience with GenAI tools such as Cursor.
  • Bonus: Open-source contributions or experience in Web3.
