Description

  • Manage day-to-day administration of benefits and leave policies.
  • Lead the end-to-end benefits renewal process.
  • Establish and implement new benefits programmes.
  • Ensure benefits programmes are compliant, aligned to Monzo’s global benefits strategy, and support business goals.
  • Liaise with external benefits brokers and vendors to ensure strong service delivery.
  • Partner with Procurement, Third Party Risk, Tax, People Operations, Payroll, and other People teams to onboard suppliers and design seamless processes.
  • Respond to benefits queries and escalations while supporting Monzonauts.
  • Analyze benefits data to inform programme management and decisions.
  • Support Monzonaut education, communication, and engagement around benefits.

Requirements

  • Experience administering and managing UK benefits.
  • Experience ensuring benefits programmes are compliant and meet legislative requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to prioritise high-impact work and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning and growing, even if you do not meet every requirement.
