Description

  • Support the delivery of multiple web and mobile software projects simultaneously from prototyping through release.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including Backend, Front-End or Mobile Developers, QA Specialists, Designers, and Tech Leads.
  • Organize project workflows and facilitate regular ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Advise clients and internal teams by balancing roadmap priorities, communication, and delivery constraints.
  • Manage project schedules, delivery tracking, and client budget sheets with senior support at the beginning.
  • Monitor project risks, identify inefficiencies, and help improve product quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code to draft Jira tickets, refinement summaries, decision logs, and client updates.
  • Turn call transcripts into structured decisions, action items, and follow-ups while preserving nuance.
  • Spot incorrect, vague, or hallucinated AI output and rewrite it appropriately.
  • Maintain project memory files and contribute to improving internal AI workflows.

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of relevant experience in a junior PM, associate PM, scrum master, product analyst, project coordinator, or web/mobile software development role.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, friendly, and assertive approach.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or another AI coding tool.
  • Very good English proficiency at C1 level for both speaking and writing.
  • Active interest in AI tools and practical use of automation in work or personal projects.
  • Good understanding of how web and mobile products work, including backend, front-end, APIs, and software quality.
  • Critical thinking, ownership, and the ability to spot risks and inefficiencies.
  • Awareness of Agile and Scrum principles, including the purpose of daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Basic coding skills are a plus.
  • Polish C1+ is a nice-to-have, especially given the team's base in Wrocław.
