Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future engineering needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and provide data-driven insights on the talent market.
  • Advocate for candidates by ensuring a clear, respectful, and high-quality experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify and implement improvements to hiring workflows, screening methods, and interview panel efficiency.
  • Represent Moniepoint in the tech community and support employer branding efforts.
  • Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire and use them to improve recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years focused on technical roles such as Engineering, Product, or Data.
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth scale-ups.
  • Deep experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including complex offer negotiations and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with both agency and in-house recruitment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Experience hiring across multiple geographies such as Nigeria, the UK, and India is preferred.
  • Background in fintech or banking environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical assessment platforms and competency-based interviewing is preferred.
