Description

  • Ensure financial statements accurately reflect the business’s financial health across multiple entities and regions.
  • Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements for timely and accurate holding-company reporting.
  • Coordinate the accounting and month-end close process for the holding entity and its subsidiaries.
  • Oversee global accounting operations, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure IFRS compliance and adherence to local statutory regulations across all jurisdictions.
  • Manage regulatory reporting requirements across multiple markets.
  • Develop and manage global cost allocation methodologies for shared expenses.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to reduce risk and protect financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership on process improvement initiatives and support accounting processes for new entities and markets.
  • Manage auditor relationships and oversee external audits for holding company and group financial statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification required.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role in a multi-country, multi-entity environment.
  • Extensive experience with IFRS, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency consolidations.
  • Big 4 experience is strongly preferred, especially in audit or advisory services.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
