Description

  • Advise Enterprise customers on complex technical and operational challenges to accelerate time-to-value and support their business goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews for Enterprise accounts and translate technical health and risk into business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior technical and business leaders to align on objectives and mutual success plans.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that improve customer maturity, lifetime value, retention, and revenue realization.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise customers across different stages of the customer journey.
  • Track, report, and forecast progress against key business outcomes for senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer impact by collaborating with presales teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and territory analysis in internal systems as a single source of truth.
  • Advocate for the customer internally and coordinate with Sales, Product, Services, and Support.
  • Support team growth by interviewing, ramping, and coaching new hires and peers.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services/Implementation, or Technical Account Management.
  • 4+ years of accountability for customer health and revenue realization for Enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with a deeply technical, ideally consumption-based product.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence technical and business outcomes across audiences from developers to C-suite leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, high-stakes enterprise accounts (preferred).
  • Ability to work from the Frankfurt office or remotely in Germany.
