Description

  • Personally handle VIP, B2B, investor, and premier clients with complex travel needs and escalations.
  • Lead and coach a team of 3–5 Client Service Members through daily feedback and real-time problem-solving.
  • Oversee client searches and communications during your shift to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Own the full client journey from intake through delivery, including seamless handoffs between teams and shifts.
  • Build polished travel quotes with clear reasoning, value explanations, and trade-off analysis.
  • Use award programs, creative routing, and premium fare strategies to optimize complex travel bookings.
  • Collaborate with Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment, and Process Management teams on bookings, confirmations, and workflow improvements.
  • Run weekly team reviews and quarterly performance reviews to improve search quality, communication, and development.
  • Handle escalations with empathy and confidence while maintaining speed and accuracy standards.
  • Identify when team members need support or are ready for more complex work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury travel, premium concierge, or high-touch client service.
  • Deep expertise with Sabre GDS, including flight search, fare rules, and creative routing.
  • Experience with mileage programs and premium booking methods.
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to produce clear, polished quotes that meet luxury standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting 95%+ SLA or quality standards.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience, including informal coaching of others.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize effectively when requests pile up.
  • Background in luxury hospitality or high-end concierge services is preferred.
  • Experience with VIP or high-net-worth clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools, mileage platforms, or CRM systems is preferred.
