Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for Mighty Pro Hosts from contract signing through renewal and beyond.
  • Develop and deliver custom quotes for additional services based on Host needs and business goals.
  • Partner with Hosts to increase adoption of key product features that improve community engagement and retention.
  • Create success plans for each Host to help them exceed their goals and achieve strong results.
  • Anticipate key annual milestones and intervene proactively with support and guidance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to long-term Host relationships in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Set clear goals, maintain frequent check-ins, and capture best practices to improve Host and member satisfaction.
  • Communicate consistently with Hosts and internal teams including leadership, marketing, product, and customer advocacy.
  • Own the renewal process end to end, engaging Hosts early, addressing concerns, demonstrating value, and securing renewals.
  • Capture customer insights and feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success with a track record of delivering strong client results.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage complex accounts and difficult conversations.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts, ideally for brands, entrepreneurs, or creators.
  • Proactive, dynamic approach suited to a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Curiosity and active listening skills with interest in community-powered businesses.
  • Confidence in executive communication with high-profile customers and internal leaders.
  • Ability to implement feedback loops that inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with empathy for creators, entrepreneurs, and brands.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI-driven solutions and emerging tools.
  • Preferred interest in driving innovation for creators, entrepreneurs, and brands in 2025 and beyond.
