Description

Source passive talent for critical technical roles across Europe and North America.
Pivot to support new business areas and non-technical positions as hiring needs change.
Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
Screen candidates for nuanced roles and assess alignment with role requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to create an exceptional candidate experience.
Act as a consultative talent advisor by staying informed on the external market.
Use research and peer knowledge-sharing to uncover new sourcing tactics.

Requirements

Proven track record in technical recruiting.
Deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing.
Creative, out-of-the-box sourcing approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct independent research and use data to influence stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in high-volume business environments.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Greenhouse and Gem preferred, but not required.
Must be based on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours.
Availability for a 6-month contract.
Open to fully remote work or hybrid work near a MongoDB hub office.

Base salary of $85,488 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
