Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through senior-level roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context.
  • Source candidates through referrals, job boards, and networking.
  • Maintain a proactive candidate pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously.
  • Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis.
  • Consult with senior leaders on hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
  • Experience recruiting for global sales roles, including pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in learning, growing, and expanding career capabilities.
