Description

  • Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead security governance, risk management, threat detection, vulnerability management, audits, and compliance programs.
  • Own Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, networking, endpoints, and platform operations.
  • Lead IT service management, technical support, help desk, end-user computing, and service improvement programs.
  • Direct business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, crisis management, and operational resilience programs.
  • Establish recovery objectives, availability standards, backup strategies, failover capabilities, and recovery testing.
  • Manage technology budgets, investment cases, vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and cost optimization.
  • Build and develop teams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud operations, technical support, and IT operations.
  • Provide executive reporting, risk assessments, strategic recommendations, and technology alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
  • 5+ years leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and/or technology operations teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs and technology risk management initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments and Microsoft enterprise technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience leading incident response, crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
  • Strong financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership capabilities.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, food manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or other regulated industries; HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, Microsoft Security, cloud security, cloud transformation, or cybersecurity maturity experience.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and visually demanding tasks.
