Description

  • Build and scale AWS virtual desktop solutions, selecting Windows or Linux bundles and configuring compute and storage.
  • Connect AWS WorkSpaces with Active Directory and identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Implement MFA, SAML 2.0 federation, encryption, VPC controls, and other security policies.
  • Monitor uptime, automate patching with AWS Systems Manager, troubleshoot connectivity, and optimize costs.
  • Secure root and user volumes with AWS KMS and manage PCoIP and Amazon DCV streaming security.
  • Design and manage application packaging and delivery using Amazon WAM, AppStream 2.0, or group policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, End User Computing, or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS VPC, IAM, KMS, Directory Service, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, Direct Connect, and PCoIP or DCV streaming protocols.
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or AWS CLI for bulk provisioning and management.
  • Experience with AWS WorkSpaces, Active Directory, identity federation, MFA, and application delivery technologies.
