Description

  • Own day-to-day operations of multiple TikTok Shops and maintain overall shop health.
  • Ensure all products are live, approved, compliant, and in good standing, and resolve listing and compliance issues quickly.
  • Monitor violations, warnings, suppression risks, and SPS-related health signals and take corrective action.
  • Manage product listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotions to support discoverability and conversion.
  • Set up and execute discounts, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal offers while ensuring promotional compliance with TikTok Shop policies.
  • Own Shop Performance Score (SPS) and its contributing metrics (fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, customer experience, compliance), and build repeatable systems to monitor and improve SPS.
  • Monitor inventory availability, coordinate with fulfillment partners to prevent out-of-stock/oversell/cancellation issues, and flag risks affecting delivery SLAs or SPS.
  • Track KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, refunds, cancellations, delivery performance, SPS), analyze trends, run A/B tests on offers/pricing/bundles, and produce regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure listings adhere to TikTok Shop policies and SPS standards, stay current on policy changes, and act as internal expert on compliance and SPS requirements.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, customer service, and fulfillment teams to align promotions with inventory and operational readiness and train stakeholders on SPS drivers and promotion best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Shop Performance Score (SPS) and TikTok Shop health metrics.
  • Experience setting up promotions, discounts, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and seasonal offers inside TikTok Shop.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to build repeatable operational systems.
  • Comfortable diagnosing operational and performance issues using data and tracking KPIs (GMV, conversion, refunds, cancellations, delivery performance).
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience coordinating with fulfillment and customer support teams.
  • Experience conducting routine audits and maintaining compliance with platform policies.
  • Experience running A/B tests and producing regular reports with clear insights and recommendations.
