Description

  • Drive execution of business and partnership programs across internal and external workstreams, launches, and implementations.
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for external partners, including running check-ins and tracking commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product & Tech, Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Compliance, and Finance.
  • Create and maintain program plans, trackers, documentation, and playbooks to support repeatable execution.
  • Monitor program health by tracking success metrics, identifying risks early, and escalating with recommendations.
  • Contribute to partnership business reviews, status reporting, and planning cycles, and prepare leadership updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to make partner operations faster, smoother, and more scalable.
  • See workstreams through launch, long-term optimization, and post-launch learnings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong program management fundamentals, including planning, sequencing, milestone and dependency tracking, and risk management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to create playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including running effective meetings and capturing decisions and action items.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients.
  • Collaborative mindset with high empathy and high accountability.
  • Growth-minded and excited to lead larger, more complex programs over time.
  • Deep motivation for Modern Health’s mission and improving mental health outcomes at scale.
  • Must be able to maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship; immigration sponsorship is not available.
  • Preferred: experience in digital health or health-related products, services, or partnerships.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup or similarly dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: experience with partner or client-facing implementations, onboarding, integrations, or managed services.
