Description

Coordinate interviews from recruiter phone screen through final interview.
Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Prepare, revise, and distribute offer letters.
Coordinate pre-employment steps, including background check tracking and HR handoffs.
Create, post, update, and close job requisitions.
Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, playbooks, and other resources.
Keep candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity accurate in the ATS.
Perform routine ATS audits and support reporting accuracy.
Partner on recruiting projects, process improvements, SOP creation, and new recruiting tools.
Research and build targeted talent lists using legal directories, bar associations, CLE events, and professional organizations.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, or recruiting coordination.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Zoom.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting recruiting in a professional services or legal environment preferred.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting online research preferred.
Familiarity with legal directories, bar associations, or professional organizations preferred.
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a productive remote workstation.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Benefits

Salary range for Texas: $60,000 to $71,000.
