Description

  • Coordinate interviews from recruiter phone screen through final interview.
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Prepare, revise, and distribute offer letters.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and HR handoffs.
  • Create, post, update, and close job requisitions.
  • Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, playbooks, and other resources.
  • Ensure candidate records and recruiting activity are accurate in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruiters, hiring managers, and the Director of Talent Acquisition throughout the recruiting process.
  • Perform ATS audits, reporting support, and system enhancement coordination.
  • Research legal talent using directories, bar associations, CLE events, and professional organizations.
  • Partner on recruiting projects, initiatives, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Support new recruiting programs and tools and improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, or recruiting coordination.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Zoom.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a productive remote workstation during normal business hours.
  • Experience supporting recruiting in a professional services or legal environment preferred.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting online research preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal directories, bar associations, or other professional organizations preferred.
