Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 security and identity services, including Azure AD (Entra ID), conditional access, MFA, and related policies.
  • Manage and optimize a 100% macOS endpoint fleet using Jamf Pro and Apple enterprise best practices.
  • Oversee user provisioning, device lifecycle management, patching, and endpoint compliance.
  • Lead the firm’s cybersecurity strategy to protect confidential legal and client data.
  • Administer Bitdefender for endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Administer and support SaaS platforms including NetDocuments, Zoom, Adobe, Salesforce, and ChatGPT/AI tools.
  • Act as a senior technical advisor to firm leadership and provide escalation support and mentorship for IT operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Azure Architect, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 security and compliance, and cloud identity, networking, and security design.
  • Extensive experience managing macOS environments at scale.
  • Experience supporting remote-first organizations, ideally in a law firm, legal services, or other high-confidentiality environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf (MDM), Bitdefender or comparable endpoint security platforms, and NetDocuments or similar legal DMS platforms.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are strongly preferred, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
  • Apple certifications, such as Apple Device Support or Deployment certifications, are preferred.
  • Additional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
