Description

  • Collaborate with engineering partners to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to users during and after implementation to drive adoption of new technology.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new features, including defining scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with developers to identify and resolve issues, bugs, and enhancement requests across PLM and related system integrations.
  • Support the installation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization of PLM upgrades and new modules.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to implement upgrades and new modules.
  • Collect infrastructure and configuration questions for PLM and related integrations such as CAD systems.
  • Collaborate with a global PLM team to align systems across regions, optimize processes, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience installing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining engineering software tools such as PLM, CAD, CAE, or SysML.
  • Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE systems and how they integrate with PLM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to root cause end-user and infrastructure issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Linux systems, including software installations.
  • Must be eligible to obtain SC clearance.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud or Azure is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems, including Teamcenter.
