Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, including publishing job postings.
  • Source and recruit legal talent for current and future firm locations.
  • Post and source for corporate talent as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers and provide a professional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
  • Review resumes, cover letters, and writing samples to assess qualifications.
  • Conduct phone interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for next steps.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate on compensation, benefits, offer packages, offer letters, and onboarding support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct legal recruiting experience.
  • Direct legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency is required.
  • Remote work setup with high-speed internet and a functional workstation.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, including Salesforce familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • College degree preferred.
