Description

  • Assist with mass hiring by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through hiring.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience through fast, effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and support successful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience with mass hiring positions.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution.
  • High attention to detail in job descriptions, candidate messaging, and scheduling.
  • Experience working in an international organization with competing priorities.
