Description

Assist with mass hiring by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting through hiring.
Maintain a strong candidate experience through fast, effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and support successful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

1+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience with mass hiring positions.
Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles.
Strong knowledge of common human resources practices.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English.
Ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution.
High attention to detail in job descriptions, candidate messaging, and scheduling.
Experience working in an international organization with competing priorities.
