Description

  • Manage a portfolio of mostly Shopify brand customers and drive Net Revenue Retention across accounts.
  • Build and maintain customer success plans with clear goals, next steps, and review milestones.
  • Run regular customer calls across North American and GMT time zones.
  • Drive adoption of Modash features including Discovery, Campaigns, CRM, email outreach, Shopify integrations, and affiliate tracking.
  • Own the expansion process end-to-end, from identifying needs through proposal creation and upgrade close.
  • Own renewals and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
  • Keep account records organized with clear recaps and accurate updates in Vitally.
  • Lead onboarding for new customers, including Sales-to-CS handovers, onboarding calls, setup, and time-to-value.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing.
  • Work with Marketing to create and promote customer-facing resources such as guides, webinars, and templates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear recaps and helpful emails.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through with the ability to manage many accounts at once.
  • Ability to build proactive plans with customers rather than only reacting to issues.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become a Modash product expert fast.
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ownership mindset with persistence in the face of roadblocks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience with influencer marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or the creator economy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify brands and e-commerce team workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with CS and billing tools such as Vitally, Intercom, and Stripe is preferred.
