Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of features across the full stack.
  • Build user interfaces, backend services, and REST APIs using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Work closely with product, design, operations, and finance teams to define requirements and ship production-ready features.
  • Prototype rapidly and manage features from initial concept through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Maintain and scale reliable backend systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Collaborate directly with external partners and customers on technical integrations and iterative development.
  • Uphold high standards for clean code, automated testing, and comprehensive API documentation.
  • Own end-to-end product and feature delivery with a strong focus on MVP thinking and system reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks, with React preferred.
  • Fluency with relational databases and SQL.
  • Proven experience shipping production systems with high uptime and low maintenance overhead.
  • Deep understanding of API design, versioning, and modern authentication patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote, asynchronous environments.
  • Strong MVP mindset with the ability to scope milestones, learn from deployments, and iterate quickly.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience designing and operating event-driven architectures is preferred.
  • Technical expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in blockchain or crypto infrastructure, including on-chain libraries, node software, or validators, is preferred.
  • Experience building customer-facing financial tools or products is preferred.
