Description

  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Source candidates on niche platforms such as ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Screen IT resumes by parsing specialized skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and department goals.
  • Send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates about current openings.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-month time commitment.
  • Interest in gaining experience in staffing and government contracts.
  • Ability to work across a range of roles, including operations, HR, technology, accounting and finance, and office and administrative support.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  • Comfort with sourcing on platforms such as ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Ability to conduct pre-screening calls and interviews.
  • Willingness to keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
