Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers, and new hire onboarding.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and passive outreach.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team culture, and recruitment strategy.
Conduct phone, behavioral, and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
Present offers and support negotiation between candidates and hiring managers.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality.
Maintain and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through a fair and inclusive hiring process.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline recruitment operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
