Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers, and new hire onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and passive outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team culture, and recruitment strategy.
  • Conduct phone, behavioral, and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Present offers and support negotiation between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality.
  • Maintain and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through a fair and inclusive hiring process.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline recruitment operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
