Description

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for Physical Security, Personnel Security (FSO), and Government Compliance roles.
  • Source and engage passive security professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, SOBO campaigns, associations, and events.
  • Partner with Security Leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and craft value propositions for security talent.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline, including cleared candidates, through each stage of the recruiting process.
  • Deliver a positive and highly secure candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Represent Anduril’s brand and mission internally and externally to security candidates and stakeholders.
  • Use market insights and internal resources to refine recruiting strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Track candidate progress in an ATS and provide transparent pipeline reporting to stakeholders.
  • Advise leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on security roles, including Physical Security and Personnel Security (FSO/CSSO) operations.
  • Experience conducting competency assessments across threat intelligence, incident response, network security, risk management, and physical asset protection.
  • Deep understanding of the security landscape, including certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CPP, and PSP.
  • Familiarity with government clearance processes, including Secret, Top Secret, and SCI.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships with Security Leaders and Hiring Managers in a strategic recruiting environment.
  • Experience providing consultative guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate expectations.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging security candidates and assessing motivation and cultural fit.
  • Experience managing candidate funnels and cleared pipelines in an ATS.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-growth environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person and eligible for access to U.S. export-controlled and classified information.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting in defense technology, aerospace, intelligence community, or government contracting environments.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting senior security leaders such as Directors, ISSMs, or CISOs.
  • Preferred: strong network in defense and cybersecurity communities and familiarity with security associations.
  • Preferred: multiple years in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
