Description

  • Provide support to customers, consultants, and partners through the customer support portal, email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot product issues by reproducing problems and identifying resolutions.
  • Create knowledge base articles to expand self-service resources for customers and internal teams.
  • Triage newly reported issues, assign severity, and drive them toward resolution.
  • Recreate product defects and collaborate with the engineering maintenance team on fix scoping.
  • Participate in client calls to provide updates on outstanding support issues.
  • Perform software updates, backups, and system maintenance when needed.
  • Document technical environments, processes, procedures, testing plans, and project plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise software applications in support, development/QA, services, or a similar technical role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with an IS focus preferred.
  • Experience working with .NET applications preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MSSQL and SQL Server/database preferred.
  • Experience with Windows Server and IIS.
  • Strong experience with environment architecture and troubleshooting across application server, database, OS, security, and authentication layers.
  • Excellent organizational, customer relationship, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly dependable, professional, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and listening skills.
