Description

  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the central point of contact and coordinate communication between customers and internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and support.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities and meet with A-list customers at least quarterly.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear short-term objectives and long-term goals.
  • Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and presentation of proposals, business reviews, and solution recommendations.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying and closing add-on business opportunities.
  • Monitor and document account health metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention, and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Forecast account performance and renewal outcomes while working to exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs and market insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales and/or account management experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining meaningful business relationships with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with strong project, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills for written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
  • Interest in staying current on industry trends and best practices, with willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office and Google Office applications.
  • Ability to travel to key customer and company events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
