Description

  • Establish product operating cadences, decision rights, planning rituals, roadmap reviews, reporting, and meeting standards across product lines.
  • Design and manage end-to-end launch, release, and go-to-market readiness processes spanning Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Support.
  • Build shared release calendars, launch tiers, readiness gates, checklists, and accountability tracking.
  • Develop product operations tooling, telemetry rollups, roadmap and delivery dashboards, feedback intake, and trusted leadership reporting.
  • Coordinate dependencies and commitments across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
  • Maintain portfolio milestones, delivery forecasts, commitment tracking, and early escalation of schedule risks.
  • Run prioritization, intake, scoring, capacity-versus-demand planning, and trade-off processes across the portfolio.
  • Maintain decision logs, action trackers, ownership records, and accountability across product forums.
  • Onboard product managers and codify playbooks for planning, launches, releases, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product operations, product program or portfolio management, or technical program management.
  • Experience establishing operating rhythms and launch processes at scale, not only administering existing processes.
  • Proven ownership of cross-functional launch and release management connecting Product with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience managing multi-product or platform portfolios, cross-team dependencies, and shared-platform coordination.
  • Fluency with product operations tools, including roadmapping, backlog or agile systems, and product analytics.
  • Ability to build reliable reporting and operational processes trusted by leadership.
  • Strong systems thinking, organization, low-ego collaboration, and influence without formal authority.
  • Credibility working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Enablement teams.
  • GRC or regulated-industry SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience bringing a platform or connected-suite offering to market preferred.
